What to include

If you want a useful answer rather than a meeting request, tell us:

• the one workflow that drains the most hours from your team;
• the systems it touches — the CRM, the ERP, the spreadsheet everyone pretends isn't the real system of record;
• what you've already tried, and where it stalled.

With that, we can usually tell you whether the workflow is ready for an agent yet — and if it isn't, what would have to be true first. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet," and we'd rather give you that answer up front.

Where we work

Aridan Labs is based in Victoria, Australia. We embed with teams on-site where it helps and work remotely where it doesn't — the embed model is about access to your people and systems, not a desk.
