Aridan Labs is a forward-deployed AI engineering consultancy based in Victoria, Australia. We exist because of one persistent failure mode: most enterprise AI stops at the demo. A pilot impresses in a meeting, then dies when it meets real data, real exceptions, and the system of record only one person understands.

What we do

We embed with your team, map how the work actually happens, and build AI agents into the systems you already run — written in production code on your stack, not glued together in slideware. Every engagement starts with written specs, carries an eval suite from the first commit, and keeps humans in the loop where the stakes demand it. When we leave, you keep the code, the evals, the runbooks, and a team trained to extend all of it. No lock-in is a design goal, not a concession.

Who is behind it

Aridan Labs is senior-led and boutique by design. The founder brings two decades of building enterprise data platforms at scale — petabyte-scale OLTP and OLAP systems, data lineage, governance, and ML infrastructure running in production. That background is the filter we apply to AI: it tells us which ideas will hold up under load and which will stall at the pilot stage. The person who scopes your engagement is the person who writes the code — no account managers, no junior hand-offs.

How we engage

We take on few engagements at a time and start every one the same way: withThe Diagnosis — a fixed-scope, fixed-fee two-week assessment that maps one workflow, scores the AI opportunities by return and risk, and hands you a written plan your CTO and CFO can both act on. The fee is credited toward the build if you proceed. Engagements end at exit criteria, not open-ended retainers.
